London, August 2003. Little Frankie Roseo, enforcer for a New York family, is on vacation. While he is in London he agrees to a hit, a small favour for a family member. But the hit turns out to be an act of terrorism. So Little Frankie refuses to go through with it. Instead, he vows to stop it happening.
