Dancing On Ice "Better Together" Animation by GeeFX Studios

Dancing On Ice - "Better Together" Animation from Graham Clarkin - GeeFX® Studios on Vimeo.
Ice legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean took their skating routine to a whole new dimension this series with a special interactive performance for which we created this hand-drawn stylised animation.
My role in this was to help Gee with animating the particle effects that surround Torvill and Dean making them nice and wobbly so Gee could duplicate them and composite them into the scene. The woodland background was drawn by Marcus Wheat.

Back in Time

Recently my sister who lives in America tweeted some old drawings of mine that she's kept. Some of these doodles are over 20 years old and yet I can still remember drawing them. It's amazing how the memory stores that kinda information... Here's a few of the doodles.
Possibly the first cartoon i ever drew... quite disturbing!

Foul! Looks very Beano inspired...

"Camp Girl" A cartoon villain perhaps. I was always very big on shoulder pads.

Freddy Valentine ♥ An obvious ladies man... Just look at the chest hair.

Maria Bang. Rock an' Roll chick with a very detailed hat.

This is Jamin. My alter ego jazz sax guy :)

My first drawing in flash. I liked big trainers!
