Ernesto

Finally got a chance to see Ernesto at the Portobello Film Festival earlier this month. Great fun to see it all put together, in colour and on the big screen! Looking forward to the screening at the BFI London Film Festival :)

Ernesto (Animation Film) trailer on YouTube

Here's the trailer for Ernesto, an animated short film I helped out on doing character animation. Directed by Corinne Ladeinde whilst she was at the National Film & Television School.

Ernesto (Animation Film)

Last year (2010) I worked with animation director Corinne Ladeinde on her short film she was making at the NFTS called Ernesto. I worked on the film for about 5 months using photoshop to sketch out added character bits and then animating the characters in after fx. The film is about to do the rounds at festivals and I hope it does really well as it's a sweet story about growing up.

#Animation Notes

Since early August I've been working as an assistant animator on a short film directed by Corinne Ladeinde who's at the National Film and Television School. I can't upload any of that animation but above is... Hey!! What the hell is that? Maybe at a later date I can post up some images, video and stuff :)
